The rooftop Grace has just reached the 4th floor of the Rivoli Cinema Hostel. The initiative is by Carlota Pérez and Sebastião Healy, who, after traveling, returned to settle in Porto and decided to venture into the first project related to the restoration. “The idea is to open a space for everyone. What is in Porto in terms of rooftops is a bit luxurious, in hotels and so, “explains Time Time Carlota Pérez. “Here we want to do something more accessible,” he adds. The Graça has two floors, sofas and chairs to stretch out, plants to color the environment and a privileged view over the city.
