Founded by two Portuguese, one Norwegian and one Irish, the Ark Pub in the Lower serves Russian vodkas, Polish liqueurs and even Czech beers. Ricardo Torres, Vasco Gomes, Sive Thompson and Hanna Heggstad have teamed up and although none have experience in the area, the Arca Pub is a success story.
For beer connoisseurs, there are five options under pressure, there are handmade ciders, liqueurs with strange mixtures and then entranham, a series of shots baptized strictly, cocktails of fresh fruit and of course, snacks. All to the sound of good jazz and a more daring soul.
